Directions for Use  
- Place two fire lights at the base of the fire cone and light.  
- Pour charcoal on the top. Place the cooking grill above the fire cone when the charcoal is red hot.  
- For indirect cooking, place the food on the outer edges of the grill.    
- For searing, place food directly over the fire cone for intense searing.
