    I have been using this for over a week now and it's so easy to use. Anybody can use this, all you need is food and some wood chips. Buy them or make them yourself... Whatever. You arent locked into to buying branded chips. Which gives me so much freedom. From chicken wings to chicken breasts, lamb shoulder to pork belly, beef, even carrots. I found this smoker to be so easy to use that i just experimented day after day. The internal meat probe meant i didnt have to worry about opening and closing the door all the time and could just look at the display. The rollers make it easy to move and cleaning was a matter of throwing trays in the dishwasher. If you want a set and forget smoker that will do pretty much everything you want without any need to check. This is great.
