Patty Ingredients

400g pork mince
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 egg, beaten
Salt and Pepper to season

Smoked Paprika Wedges

600g Agria (or other roasting potato)
Olive Oil
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salt and Pepper to season

Chipotle Mayo

2 tsp Chipotle sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Burger Ingredients

4 x baps or burger buns
1 fancy lettuce
1 tomato

  • Preheat Kettle to 200C.

  • Mix all Morrocan Patty ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Shape into 4 equal patties.

  • Cook on Kettle for around 10 minutes, until cooked through.

Smoked Paprika Wedge Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Scrub and cut potatoes into generous wedges.
  3. Put onto oven tray with a dash of olive oil, toss to coat.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.

Moroccan Burger Patty Instructions

  1. Preheat Kettle to 200°C.
  2. Mix all patty ingredients together in a bowl and shape into 4 equally sized patties.
  3. Place onto hot grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning once until cooked through.
  4. Cut baps in half and butter, place on barbecue to quickly melt butter and make golden.
  5. Mix chipotle mayo ingredients together in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble burger, by placing patties onto your baps, top with lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo and your favourite toppings.
