    Have had mine lit twice since new, it now has two cracks in it on the top. Asked for a refund and the manufacturer head office informed me that there would be no refund as the small print states so... if the fire was too large or wood stacked high. In my request, both were not the case, just purely a standard burn in a fire pit and yet still no refund. Highly disappointing and would now NOT recommend this product.
    Hi Iain. We're sorry that you are disappointed with this damage not being covered under warranty. From the images we were supplied it was clear that the fuel had spilled over from the fire bowl to the granite. This is what caused it to crack and deteriorate. As in the instructions, over-filling to this degree is not considered correct use of the product and therefore voids the warranty.
